If you want to personally hear from your coach and have that accountability to call and do check ins. I know texting via what’s app is easier but We have the option to call/zoom instead also, for weekly check ins and follow ups.

During the 12 week program, you will be required to follow the exercise and nutrition plans not only when you go to the gym for training, but also outside of training, focusing on nutrition like protein consumption, water intake, and also recover which falls under stretching and resting.
