Nutrition Consulting provides advice by educating clients on their individual nutritional needs. We believe fueling our body with the proper variety and portion of foods at consistent times of the day will lead to a healthier life. Our clients are informed about healthy lifestyle choices through personal nutrition coaching, cooking demonstrations, lunch and learn, pantry clean out, and grocery store tours.
They also create a workout plan that combines all sorts of fitness regimen, depending on the client's needs. These consultants need to have compassion for their clients and be physically fit also.
